MLNavigator operates exclusively offline within your secure environment. All data processing, analysis, and storage occur locally on your hardware.

By using MLNavigator, you acknowledge and agree that:

All data remains within your physical and network boundaries
No data is transmitted to MLNavigator's servers or any third parties
MLNavigator does not collect usage data from your installation
All model updates are delivered via secure physical media

2. Compliance Statement

MLNavigator is designed to support aerospace and defense organizations with compliance-focused features. Our system is built with CMMC Level 2 readiness in mind according to DFARS 252.204-7021 requirements.

Important: While MLNavigator provides tools to support compliance, customers remain responsible for their overall compliance posture and security controls.

3. System Access and Security

You are responsible for:

Managing user access controls to the MLNavigator system
Maintaining the physical security of the MLNavigator appliance

MLNavigator provides built-in access controls, audit logging, and security features, but these must be configured according to your organization's security policies.

4. Updates and Maintenance

MLNavigator updates are delivered via secure methods that maintain the air-gapped integrity of your installation. You control when and how updates are applied to your system.
